Prefects
Prefects are members of the student body who have been chosen as good role models to others and are willing to help make the School a safer and better environment for all.
Any student in grades 10-12 may apply to become a Prefect.
Prefects ensure that rules are being obeyed, that the School remains clean and safe. Becoming a prefect is beneficial to the student because they are able to gain experience of being in positions of authority, and learning how to better interact with people of all ages.

Student Council
The Student Council is an organization that works on projects that serve the interests of IST students. It provides a forum for discussion, encouraging the student body to be involved in decision making processes and the organization of various events, whilst also providing an opportunity for them to raise issues with the School management.
School Store
The School store is run by the Student Council. It is open during break and lunch time for Middle and High School students.
School Dances
The Student Council organizes regular school dances for Upper School students. These are generally held at the School on a Friday evening.
Bake Sales
The extremely popular PTA bake sales are held once a month.
