FAMILY FEES

The annual tuition and fees of the International School of Turin, which is registered as a non-profit Association, are determined by its elected Board of Directors. They are presented as estimates emanating from an operating budget that is approved by the Association at its annual General Assembly meeting. While the Board of Directors makes every effort to establish the school’s annual tuitions and fees in advance, modifications may become necessary during the year. As these tuitions are established as operating estimates, the Board of Directors reserves the right to adjust the school’s fees at its discretion.

REGISTRATION FEES
New applications must be completed, accompanied by all supporting documents via the school's OpenApply system by January 31st of each calendar year. After the school's acceptance of the student's application, payment of the Registration Fee should be made by the 15th of February. All applications received after the 31st of January will be considered "Late Enrollments", the Late Registration Fee will be charged and acceptance in the school will be subject to availability of places in the class. Enrollment in IST is confirmed upon payment of the school´s Registration Fee, which is payable for each student and is non-refundable:

Late Enrollments: After the 15th of February enrollment is subject to availability in the classes and an increase in the Registration Fee:

TUITIONS
The school's annual tuitions, which include hot lunch and field trip programmes, are payable in three installments with due dates of 50% on the 15th of September, 40% on the 15th of January and the final 10% on the 15th of April of each year. As permitted by Italian law, fines and interest will be applied to payments made after these due dates.

Additional and Optional Fees:
Students who participate in the English Language Centre (ELC) and Learning Support programmes are designated by the school at the moment of enrollment.

Learning Support services are for students with specific documented learning needs as well as for those considered gifted and talented. Its additional annual fee is € 2.900.

IB Exam Fees: Grade 12 students who have to retake IB examinations will be charged separately for the additional examination fees.

DISCOUNTS TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENT TUITIONS AND FEES
Discounts are available for families with more than two children enrolled in the school:

• 25% discount on tuition and no registration fee for the third child
• 50% discount tuition and no registration fee for the fourth child
• 75% discount on tuition and no registration fee for the fifth and any further children.

Students who enroll between January 1 and February 29 pay 75% of the annual fees; from March to June, 50%.
Students who leave before January 31 with previous written notice pay 50% of the annual fees. Students leaving the school between February and June pay the full, annual tuitions.

UNIFORMS
All students from Nursery to Grade 10 use the school uniform available from an external supplier. An IST Uniform Brochure which includes a description of the uniform and prices is available.


CORPORATE FEES

The school maintains a Corporate Fee Schedule in an effort to facilitate the mobility of international, corporate families who remain at the school for indeterminate amounts of time and who often need to transfer during the school year, and whose tuitions are paid for by companies.

REGISTRATION FEES
Non-Refundable Registration Fee for new and returning students: € 650

TUITIONS
Annual tuitions are calculated on a pro rata / pay-per-stay basis and payable in three installments, with the due dates of 50% on the 15th of September, 40% on the 15th of January and the final 10% on the 15th of April of each year. As permitted by Italian law, fines and interest will be applied to payments made after these due dates. Annual tuitions include hot lunch and field trip program. Any over-payment of Corporate Fees will be reimbursed when the student leaves the school, provided that the school has received advanced written notice of the family’s intention to leave Turin.
